For new stews
Papers, the CV, daywork, the first trial. A first season that does not have to be a guessing game.

A private library from the sun deck of a superyacht
I’m Tea. Chief stewardess. This membership is the system behind it — ordered, in my words, so you can advance without a pile of tabs and a chief who has no time to train.
Educational notes from interior service. Not a placement agency.

Meet Tea
I came up as a stew who looked the part and still had to prove the work. Silver, laundry, a guest who notices everything, a chief who did not always have time to explain.
Seasons in the Med. Winters in the Caribbean. Private and charter. I kept notes on what actually holds when the boat is full and the sun is high — the order I train a girl in, and the things I used to say only in the crew mess.
Those notes became a library. For stewardesses who want the next deck: a better boat, a chief’s epaulettes, a standard that survives week three of a charter.
Papers, the CV, daywork, the first trial. A first season that does not have to be a guessing game.
Handover, inventory, a team, a guest book that gets used. The work behind the title.
The table, the cabin, the last ten percent. Craft you can take from a 30m to a 70m.
Inside the membership
Tea’s Library holds the material I train with, the notes I kept between charters, and Ask Tea — a question box that answers only from this shelf.

The papers, the CV, the first yes. Where I ask a stew to stand first.

The table, the cabin, the linen. The standard I expect when nobody is watching.

Handover, inventory, crew. How I run the interior when it is my name on the boat.

UHNW habits, charter versus private, the art of being present and gone.

Money, rotation, reputation, the body. How to last longer than two pretty seasons.

What I used to say only in the crew mess, after the guests had gone up.

Why I created the Library
I did not start with a business plan. I started as a stew who wanted to be taken seriously, and then as a chief who was tired of repeating the same order at 1am.
This Library is my answer. It is not a berth, a visa, or a promise. It is the kitchen-table version of a chief’s head, written so you can start.
